First convocation of Vishwakarma University held

Vice-chairman of the University Grants Commission (UGC), Bhushan Patwardhan, introducing the concept of National Academic Credit Bank wherein a student can earn credit much before taking admission at the first convocation ceremony of Vishwakarma University on Friday.
